Isabella Minas
Hi! My name is Isabella and I am a Barre Body Certified Mat Pilates and Barre Instructor!
I found a special love for Pilates during Covid. It was a form of exercise that became an outlet for my mental health and a source of emotional release. Pilates helps me to clear my head and calm any anxieties. It is also how I show myself love, by taking time out of my day to care for my mind, body and soul. All of these qualities are why I decided to pursue my passion and become an instructor. With my teaching, I hope to bring each and every one of my clients closer to connecting with their mind, body and soul. To step away from the chaos of the world and onto our mats as we work towards feeling more balanced in our bodies, and in life. See you on the mat!
